Everything for your Toll Free Conferencing account is accessible online. You can create new conference call numbers and users, as well as, access detailed reports for billing and conference call usage. Reports can be organized by host, department and date range.
Conference Call Numbers
There is no reason to wait for new conference call numbers or updated user information; you can do it all online quickly. Our administration center makes it easy for companies to manage company-wide conference call use under one umbrella.
Once you’ve setup your conference calling account, you can add additional conference call numbers from the online administration area. There are no fees for creating additional conference call numbers within your account, and they are activated for immediate use.
Conference Call Reporting
Toll Free Conferencing offers an array of reporting features – both standard and custom – to review your organization's conference call usage. Enjoy graphic representations of executive dashboard reports and export data for lower-level review.
Administrators can review monthly and annual volume trends, review individual conference user frequencies and single event statistics including the join and leave times of conference call attendees, the dial-in numbers and conference call totals.
Billing
Access a history of all your account transactions and the call detail reports directly associated with each payment. Our billing process is completely transparent. You won’t find any hidden fees or unassociated per-minute charges within your account.
PDF receipts can be generated and printed for easy record keeping or reimbursement requests.
